Model Failure Because Of Duplicate Job (Doc ID 2617609.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 16, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench - Version 2.4.8.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The users are not able to load data because there is an error of Duplicate Job on Production Lifecycle.

As example, suppose there is custom code calling Data Model 02 from Data Model 03.

When user reloads Model 02 either automatically or manually, it triggers to the Model 03 submission, failing consistently with error "This is a duplicate job. The data currency, executable version, and input parameter values are the same as a previous execution with job <ID>."
When the user manually submits the job for 03 Model, it is always successful.

NOTE: the Transformations are pulling the data from 02 model only. The 01 InForm Data Model will take the data from 02 and then 03 will take the data from 01. So the data is correct in 01 but the value of column LBORRES is getting dropped in 03.

ERROR
======

1.  "This is a duplicate job. The data currency, executable version, and input parameter values are the same as a previous execution with job ID". When the user manually submits the job for 03, it reads SUCCESS.

2. In the Transformation Execution log there are several job errors and latest one reads:

***********************************************************************
