ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cant restore or list a single addressbook of an account if the name of the addressbook contains capital letter



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Administrator should be able to restore any addressbook individually out of a full backup file.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1)use davadmin to create an addressbook that has a capital letter in the name:
