After Installing Patch 30314211, Amended Price End Date is not Saved (Doc ID 2618024.1)

Symptoms

On RMB v2.7.0.1.0, After installing Patch 30314211, unable to save amended Price End Date.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Post Patch 30314211, it fails for amending end date.
No error message on pricing UI after Submit as before, but amended price end date is not saved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Amended Price End Date should be saved with updated value.

STEPS:
----------------
1. Select Price List Id.
2. Click on price list pricing button.
3. Click Edit button of price list price item zone for amending end date.
4. Add new (Past/Future) price end date.
5. Click Submit.
No changes saved post amending the end date or application did not warn / error for invalid dates.
