While migrating Diff Id's and Diff Types from legacy systems , it is created in Initcap.
Whereas creating the Diff ID's and Diff Types by item induction or GUI screen ,it created in uppercase.
Steps to recreate
- Create new Diff ID’s and Diff Types in RMS using Data load scripts to be migrated from legacy system(Data reflected -Diff Id: Aqua1 and Diff Type: Size1).
- Verify Diff ID and Diff Types in RMS Database (Data reflected in database: Diff id: AQUA1 and Diff Type: SIZE1).
- Verify Diff ID and Diff Types in RMS UI by downloading the spreadsheet (Data reflected : Diff id: AQUA1 and Diff Type: SIZE1).
- Because of this mismatch, users are not able to update the values of Diff_ids and Diff_Types in GUI screen or via induction.
