Fatal Error for ALM Process w/ Conditional Assumptions Used in Prepayment Rule

On 18.104.22.168.0 version, ALM Static Deterministic process with conditional assumptions defined in Prepayment fails.
Filter defined for customer type column in fsi_d_term_deposits was used to define Prepayment with conditional assumption for this ALM process.
Upon executing the process, it failed by throwing below error in nohup.out from $FIC_HOME/ficdb/bin and also generated a core dump file.
