Error :"Access Denied : Authorization Failed, Failed To Decrypt Authorization Content " When Trying to View a File in AutoVue From Agile (Doc ID 2618312.1)

Using AutoVue 21.0.2 from Agile PLM 9.3.6.9

When we try to open any attachment in AutoVue from Agile PLM WebClient the following error is shown on the AutoVue Applet :

"Access Denied : Authorization Failed "

The following error is recorded in catalina.out log:

Steps to Reproduce :

1- Open any file in AutoVue 21.0.2 from Agile PLM 9.3.6 WebClient

2- The following error will be displayed : "Access Denied : Authorization Failed "
