Opening report output causes microsoft visual c++ error

After running a report in Agile, Click on the report output (in this case, .csv output, but happens with .xls output as well), and the report opens in excel, but receive microsoft pop up errors come up "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" "Assertion failed!...." Multiple error windows keep coming up, even after clicking the Ignore button. This error stream only goes away after closing the MS Excel window that has the report output. If subsequently open the report from the directory it was outputted to, no errors, and then one close out the error pop ups.

Agile 936 in Google Chrome Version 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit), and office 365, excel version 1910 (Build 12130.20272)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into WebClient
2. Run an Agile Report, output.csv, or output.xls
3. Report opens in excel
4. Receive Microsoft pop errors "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" "Assertion failed!...."
