On Oracle Healthcare Foundation (OHF) 7.1 version


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When customer is running "wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENCOUNTER_F" on the production environment, the workflow does not run to completion. Customer is asking for a performance tuning recommendations on the main query. Also customer run full stats on the HDM and HCD schemas and encounter stale stats every hour for all schemas on the server.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENCOUNTER_F workflow to complete with reasonable time frame.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the Informatica workflow wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENCOUNTER_F
2. Workflow does not run to completion
