EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENC_DIAG_FB workflow to complete in minutes but not hours.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the Informatica workflow wf_SIL_HCD_W_HCD_ENC_DIAG_FB
2. Workflow took 5 hours to completion
