Symptoms

On : 2.7.0.1.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once Effective pricing is closed to past date no changes is accepted in 2.7.0.1.0 version and the following problems appear:
a. In case is given wrong past end date try to click on edit and change the end date to different date and click save. No action is been taken.
b. Edit price component button is also not visible for historic pricing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add effective pricing to an account;
2. Edit and end the pricing to past date.
