Web Server OFSAA Directories in RevLog4jConfig.xml Corrupted After Upgrade from 8.0.5 to 8.0.7 (Doc ID 2619630.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from OFSAA 8.0.5 to 8.0.7, the Weblogic / Tomcat / Websphere OFSAA log directories are corrupted and incorrect.  Errors like the following are output to the web server nohup.out:

2019-03-27 11:47:26,072 [ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '4' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' ERROR Unable to create file /logs/RevAppserver.log java.io.IOException: Could not create directory /logs

2019-03-27 11:47:26,091 [ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '4' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' ERROR Unable to create file /logs/SMSService.log java.io.IOException: Could not create directory /logs

2019-03-27 11:47:26,185 [ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '4' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)' ERROR Unable to create file /logs/ftpapp.log java.io.IOException: Could not create directory /logs

As a result of these errors, no OFSAA logs are created in the Weblogic server.
