On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) version, the ccsMFileCompiler is core dumping due to a Segmentation Fault every 4-6 hours of up-time.

Here in this scenario, the user is able to compile many MFiles without issue. This happen after a period of inactivity and then compiling the MFile again and when it happens the MFile in question does not get appropriately compiled and beServer is not notified of the MFile change.

Below errors were displayed in the syslog during this:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On NCC, make some configuration changes (eg. pricing/rating changes)
2. After a period of inactivity (eg. 4-6 hours), compile an MFile and check if it is dumping core with the aforementioned errors.
