CTPR Line Listing Failed When Not Related Inclusion Criteria Is Unchecked

Symptoms
On Applications Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version : 8.1.1
Generating the CTPR Line Listing, and this is failing when 'Not related' inclusion criteria is unchecked
The issue is with all CTPR
If user opts to check the Not-Related option, then the report runs successfully.
The following error is found in the CMN_ERROR_LOG (or when checking [Utilities] - Logs - View Error Log) at time of report run :
Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 1 occurred.

Steps to Repeat
- [Reports]
- Periodic Reports
- CTPR
- Under the tab [Inclusion Criteria]
- There is checkbox [x] Non-Related for each inclusion type e.g. 'Sponsored Trial'
- When checked this works fine
- When uncheck report will fail
