'ORA-01438' and 'FRM-40375' Errors When Adding Pages In Enhanced DCI Book. (Doc ID 2620389.1)

Symptoms

 When trying to add any new DCIs in OC - Definition - DCIs - Enhanced DCI Books - Navigator - DCI Book Pages for CPE after saving form , below error is displayed:

'ORA-01438 : value larger than specified precision allowed for this column'


And after hitting the Ok , at the bottom of the application below error is displayed:

'FRM-40375: POST-FORMS-COMMIT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01438'
