P6 Professional 18.8 Database Connection/configuration Fails (Doc ID 2620495.1)

When attempting to configure a database connection using P6 Professional for EPPM via Citrix, the alias fails to create with the following error:


Bad public user name or password. PRM DBAccess Error: Connection attempt to database failed with message Access violation at address 00007FFDBE2F2D8D in module 'oraztkg12.dll'. Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF;


There were 2 databases that need to be configured for P6 Professional via Citrix.

1 database connected without error.
The 2nd database configuration failed with the reported error.

Connection to both databases was successful outside of Citrix.

32-bit and 64-bit Oracle clients have been used to configure a connection to the database.
  - 32-bit did not connect to either DB.
  - 64-bit connected only to 1 database.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to configure a database connection to multiple databases using P6 Professional via Citrix.
2. Observe the reported error occured against only 1 of the databases.


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the user could not configure a connection to multiple databases using P6 Professional via Citrix.
