Web Logic Admin was able to create a new weblogic username and assign it nothing. (No groups, no roles, no policies) This user was able to call the Web Services endpoint.

Is there a way in MetaSolv UI or in the Web Logic Console Web Service deployment to restrict who has access to which endpoints ? How can we do it  ?
