Goal

Customer is able to reverse the writeoff for all kind of accounts (e.g. active/inactive/terminated) and is able to reverse writeoff for all other ('/profile/writeoff' got created at the time of writeoff). Other than one account, for which '/profile/writeoff' did not get created. What is the correct behavior of writeoff and reversal?
