Searching For A Company Name Gives Results For Inactive Accounts (Doc ID 2621309.1)

On : version, ENV - Environment

When searching for a company name, the results come back only providing inactive accounts. This has become a pain point in our area as customer have to search by company name on all subdivision orders customer creates and use an active account as a reference to ensure the mailing address is accurate.
Can the search / results be altered to include active accounts (Or prioritize it to show active accounts first if this is a threshold issue)?
