Symptoms
In the Connection Design window, when attempting to provision a circuit to a virtualized hierarchy within a SONET network via the Network Provisioning Assistant, the application may terminate with an “invalid row range” error. The MetaSolv Application Crashes With Error Number 60 While Doing SONET Assignment For DS1 Circuits Under the VT1 Circuit (which is associated with STS circuit).
