Service_Event_Map Configuration Issue in PDC (Doc ID 2621753.1)

Symptoms

An user has configured new service event map "<CUSTOMNAME>", but while submitting the changeSet, it gives the error:

ERROR
-----------------------

Changeset has validation errors.
Business Configuration Object "ATTRIBUTE_SPEC_MAP" with name "<CUSTOMNAME>" and entity ID "<ID>" has validation failures :
The referenced Business Configuration Object "Active Worker" has failed in transformation for "RRE".


The error reported is related to the object's transformation failed, and it transformed successfully when it was imported again.
