ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Entity Char Updates done by inventory.ear not reflecting in custom.ear

Validated all the steps as per Knowledge Article: In UIM for Custom Webservices, Cache Cordination Issue - WS Returning OLD Results. (Doc ID 2111934.1)

After UIM upgrade from 7.4.0.2 -> 7.4.0.6 -> 7.4.0.7, Cache synchronization is not happening because of this the WS is returning old results when modified from the Inventory Application.
