Below is an example when user receives an Data Entry Error:ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("RXC"."DISCREPANCY_ENTRIES"."DISCREPANCY_REV_STATUS_CODE"):

  1. User opens CRF
  2. Once the CRF is opened ,the following error is received:
