EBS: PS: Synonyms Re-Created Wrongly After Running Re-Create Grants and Synonyms for Apps (Doc ID 2622001.1)

Symptoms

The synonyms have been re-created wrongly after running the recommended post patch step "Re-create grants and synonyms for APPS schema".

Couple of the synonyms which got wrongly created are as follows. These should have been created on  <BASE TABLE>10. But it's created on the the <BASE TABLE>

MSC_INT_STANDARD_UOM   
MSC_INT_STANDARD_UOM_SNO

Ex: MSC_INT_STANDARD_UOM is created on table MSC.MSC_INT_STANDARD_UOM .Before the activity; it was created on MSC_INT_STANDARD_UOM10
