Goal

To have a 'Forgot password?' option / link on the Convergence login page, which permits the user to reset their password.
 
1. Provide a "Forgot Password" option on the Convergence login page.
2. Obtain the user name whose password is to be reset.
3. The user receives an email at the secondary email address configured with Convergence with a link to a web page for resetting the password.
4. The user provides the new password on this web page.
