Symptoms
PROBLEM
-------------
Launching an ATP plan from ASCP launch plan options. All the job are running fine expect for the ATP Post processing Job .
The ATP post processing job completes with no error but upon looking in the log file the following shows up
"After calling schedule: l_return_status : E
Error in call to Call_Schedule
Exception in call to Call_Schedule
Return Status : E
Error Message : User-Defined Exception
Unexpected Error. Sync Call To ATP failed
Sync Error: Unable to continue further

Plan ID : 22 Status : 7
ATP Status Flag Update : S
----------------End Call Synchronize-------------"
Due to which the 24 x 7 ATP switch is not happening.

UPGRADE to 12.2.9 and no Cum Patches applied
Running ASCP plan with 24x7 ATP
