After Upgrade To 12.2.9 - 24 X 7 Switch Is Not Made Due To ATP Post Procesing Job Failiure (Doc ID 2622022.1)

Launching an ATP plan from ASCP laucnh plan optiions. All the job are running fine expect for the ATP Post processing Job .

The ATP post processing job completes with no error but upon looking in the log file the following shows up

"After calling schedule: l_return_status : E
Error in call to Call_Schedule
Exception in call to Call_Schedule
Return Status : E
Error Message : User-Defined Exception
Unexpected Error. Sync Call To ATP failed
Sync Error: Unable to continue further
------- Update_Summary_Flag -----
 Plan ID : 22 Status : 7
ATP Status Flag Update : S
----------------End Call Synchronize-------------"

Due to which the 24 x 7 ATP switch is not happening. This is happening in our upgrade instance , we have upgraded our EBS and ASCP instances from 12.2.6 to 12.2.9.
