SR – Account Characteristic Not Displaying Multiple Value (Doc ID 2622154.1)

In the customer 360 view, Account characteristics pane is meant to display the various types and characteristics associated with the account. When there is more than one value associated with an account, the pane does not properly display all the values. A small scroll bar comes up but is unable to list and populate all the values associated with it.


When viewing the Account tab on Customer 360 Degree View page for Account Characteristics zone is not displaying all the characteristics values.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the application 2.8 ORMB.
2. User is navigated to Customer 360 View Search Screen.
3. Select Person from the Search By Drop-down.
4. Search with a Parent group Name.
5. Navigate to Customer 360° Information page using the 360 degree Information Icon.
6. Click on Account TAB from Customer 360° Information search page.
7. Accounting List appear on the page.
8. Click on the Broadcast icon to view the other zones to view the other zones for account related information.
9. View the Account characteristics zone.
