Symptoms
This issue is specific to custom reports/templates.
When attempting to run/print Unifier custom reports, a blank page is displayed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Access as user with access to run reports
- While in User View Locate the Business Process needing a report
- Navigable to Reports > specific Report > make selections and execute report
- The window that should contain the report opens, however the report is not displayed, the window is blank
