Users Are Not Able To Print Custom Reports From Unifier as the Window of the Report is Blank (Doc ID 2622592.1)

Symptoms

This issue is specific to custom reports/templates.

When attempting to run/print Unifier custom reports, a blank page is displayed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Access as user with access to run reports
  2. While in User View Locate the Business Process needing a report
  3. Navigable to Reports > specific Report > make selections and execute report
  4. The window that should contain the report opens, however the report is not displayed, the window is blank
