Unable To Login To OFSAA application web Server Facing the issue with the LDAP Server. (Doc ID 2622899.1)

Symptoms

We can see the below errors in the SMSService.log file.

 After applied the 804.4 path to resolve the java heap space issue they are facing the issue.
