Symptoms

On : 11.1.0.6 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Long Comments Lead to Crash. When adding a requirement comment by clicking the comment bubble on the right side of specifc requirement and then adding a new comment will lead to a crash error if text is too long.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should only be able to enter less than allowed number of characters or error should display if comment is too long.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the OIPA environment
2. Access any saved Policy/Application
3. Access the Requirements screen
4. Select any Requirement's Comments icon (speech bubble)
5. Select 'New'
6. Add all mandatory information
7. In the bigger text box, paste a long text (ex.: 3 paragraphs or more of Lorem Ipsum)
8. Save the Comment
9. Notice that this leads to an error page.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Minor Inconvenience: information input in comment field will be lost if not saved elsewhere
