Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.16 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Client Role screen is repeating roles based on number of security groups assigned a user. Utilizing the ability to have multiple security groups assigned to a single user. However on the client role screen the roles are replicated based on the number of security groups assigned to the user that is logged in. For instance if the user only has a single security group and there are three policy roles and the policy has been issued from an application to a policy a total of six users are displayed as expected. If a user has two security roles each of the six role are duplicated for a total of 12 roles. If a user has three security roles each role is repeated three times for a total of 18 roles.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The roles should display based on roles on the policy, and not impacted by the number of security groups assigned to the user. Based on testing the number or security groups assigned to a user are impacting the display and every role is repeated for each security group.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign user with multiple security groups
2. Navigate to client role screen
