Goal

On : 2.6.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment

Saturday as Business Day for bill issuance & due date calculation for one Consumer

Saturday has been defined as Holiday, whereas customer need to setup Saturday as "Business Day" in CC&B for only one consumer to determine bill issuance and Due Date.
This consumer shares Customer class with other consumers, which as per business rule does not require Saturday to be a working day.
