DocuMaker Desktop (Archive) Fails Attempting Document Retrieval With Windows 10 (Doc ID 2624839.1)

On : 12.2 version, Policy Print System (PPS)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DocuMaker Desktop (Archive) Fails Attempting Document Retrieval getting "AFEMNW32 HAS STOPPED WORKING" error. 

The crash occurs when tabbing through the entry fields of some particular PPS letter/document. When the user reaches the last field and tabs again, the crash occurs. This is happening with a Windows 10 client and DocuMaker desktop 12.5. The problem does not occur with the same PPS document with a Windows 10 client and DocuMaker desktop 12.2.
