Connector Execution fails with ORA-00955: Name Is Already Used By An Existing Object in connector execution log (Doc ID 2624850.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to execute a connector
the following error shows in the connector execution log

ERROR
-----------------------
"SERIAL-EU-OFSINFODOM_UNIT (130)" is in error.
ODI-1298: Serial task "SERIAL-EU-OFSINFODOM_UNIT (130)" failed because child task "create I$ table-IKM Oracle Insert Only (Ext Tab and DB)- (160)" is in error.
ODI-1228: Task create I$ table-IKM Oracle Insert Only (Ext Tab and DB)- fails on the target connection OFSINFODOM.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute the connector in cloned environment
