Unable to add Items to contract once the generated order was cancelled.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create Type A contract and Approve the same.
2. Create Order from Contract manually and approve the same.
3. Go to manage contracts, search for the above contract , update the contact to worksheet and cancel the Order. At step, no order is associated with Contract.
4. System has given provision to add Qty for the existing item but no provision to add new item.
