PMF workflow Logs configuration (Doc ID 2625832.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 17, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure - Version 8.0.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

We ran batch pertaining to ECM (Oracle BD Event Processing) and cases were created.
However, the application is running extremely slow after that. The cases are being allocated as instances to a PMF workflow. And that process is very slow.
At max, 800 Cases are allotted to Workflow in an hour.

nohuput.out of weblogic have many exceptions as mentioned below :

[12/2/19 21:47:01:653 PKT] 00000f6f ThreadMonitor W   WSVR0605W: Thread "WorkManager.wm : 1729" (0000121b) has been active for 2072476 milliseconds and may be hung.  There is/are 6 thread(s) in total in the server that may be hung.
