On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Environment
Analyst - F1 Value is missing when doing a rate check for an item
When trying to perform a rate check for an item, MDM returns "Analyst - F1 Value" error upon usage generation. Upon further investigation, F1_VALUE pertains to the Service Point ID. The base Calculate Usage Realtime Service (D2-CalcUsgRT) has a logic to determine the SP ID using Usage Subscription Id and Installation Date/Time. The SP will then be used to retrieve the Usage Group. The current set-up in MDMQAC shows that item has no installation event.
