Symptoms
In Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety 8.2, the following error is observed when attempting to generate an E2B report using the out-of-the-box EMA message profile:
Error No:402000609 Description Case 19US000737 General error while creating ICSR report. The end date DRUGENDDATE (B.4.k.14b) entered is lesser than the start date DRUGSTARTDATE (B.4.k.12b) entered. See report details.
The case has a single drug regimen with a stop date, but no start date, and an Event with an onset date that occurs after the stop date of the drug regimen.
This appears to be the same behavior reported in Scenario 2 of Bug 27849414 which was fixed in 8.1.3.
