Symptoms

When attempting to start P6 EPPM/WebLogic on a server by running the start_Primavera.bat (.sh) script, the following error occurs when P6 EPPM is configured to use SSL.

PRM-Unable to connect to the Node Manager. It may not be running,
PRM-or communications may be blocked by a firewall.
PRM-Completed. Returned error level: 1
