UPC Items Created in Retail Merchandising System Not Going To XStore (Doc ID 2626644.1)

Symptoms

Universal Product Code items (UPC) are not flowing to Xstore Point-of-Service.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create item with UPC/EAN item at transaction level. Observe payload data in item_export_stg.
  2. Run xStore_Deltas (all batches related to delta transfer from RMS to Xstore).
  3. Run purge batch on RMS side (dlyprg).
  4. Create a new UPC/EAN item and delete the old one with default new item description to all item/locations.
    (e.g. delete UPC, process xstore_delta batches, create upc, process xstore_delta batches).
  5. Observe the new UPC is not sent to Xstore.
