Slider For Discrepancies Panel In RDC 5.2 Data Entry Page Is Not Immediately Visible In Chrome And Edge Browsers

Symptoms
When opening a Data Entry page in RDC 5.2 the slider for Discrepancy Panel is not immediately visible in Chrome and Edge.
However on Internet Explorer (11) it is working fine.
Examples :
1. Internet Explorer, Data Entry opens fine and no matter what resize we do, the slider is there :
2. Microsoft Edge , opening Data Entry :
Slide the bottom bar to the right it will show after the arrow:
3. Using Chrome, in Data Entry if we resize ( making the window more bigger) , then the slider will not auto arrange as we see in the Internet Explorer:
If we make Data Entry window size smaller, the slider will appear and we do not need to use the bottom bar , see below:
