Party Details Are Not Getting Populated In The Outage Report. (Doc ID 2627139.1)

Goal

On : 7.4.0.0.0 version, Other Issues

Party details are not getting populated in the Outage report.

Normally customer will associate party details to CFS configuration, and Network Resources like DI,Pipe,Ports etc will be assigned to RFS config item. In this case Customer information (If it is extracted from RFS) then it will be always blank.

When executed Outage report on any of the resource which is associated to RFS configuration Item, Party details are getting populated in the Outage report.
