Symptoms

On : 12.6 version, Enterprise Edition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users can't access Documaker Interactive application

Users have to be manually added to the DMKR_ENTITIES table before they can access the application.

For SQL Server environments ONLY, this is a requirement. For Oracle environments, the entry is added when the user first accesses the application.




EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Systems should work the same way regardless of the DB involved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Try to log a new user into Correspondence without manually add users into Entities table.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Users have to be manually added to the DMKR_ENTITIES table before they can access the application.
