Copy-As-Go Back Is Not Working For Suggested Switching Solution (Doc ID 2627229.1)

You observed error in the client(user) log while trying to Copy-As-Go back in the switching sheet created from Suggested switching solution .

This is working properly when Suggested switching solution step are appended to opened switching sheet.
But not working if you create Plan from suggested switching solution.

1. Create a Suggested Switching plan for a device, eg Isolate Only
2. Select all steps in the new switch plan and Copy As Go-Backs
3. Select last row and Paste. You get an error "Database update failed."
4. Attempt to paste again. It is pasting same steps instead of pasting go back steps.
