User kicked out of Argus Safety when creating new case (Doc ID 2627552.1)

Oracle Argus Safety - Version 8.1.2 and later
Microsoft Windows (32-bit)
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)


Argus application kicked out the user when trying to create a new case.

Below are the steps followed by user -

1. Login to Argus Safety
2. Click Case Actions -> New
3. System kick out the user and display following message in a pop-up -

"The requested page could not be found. Please login again to continue."

This issue appeared after refreshing non-production database from Production environment.
