Meter Validation Fails Prevents MCP From Completing Activity (Doc ID 2627645.1)

Symptoms

Validation fails preventing MCP from completing activity when a user verify with an invalid meter number, then verify with a correct meter number and complete.  The application hangs.  The following works in Chrome, but fails in Windows 10.

To reproduce this, validate with an invalid meter badge number, enter a valid badge number, validate then attempt to complete.

Steps to reproduce:
1.  Enter a bogus meter number
2.  Click validate
3.  System returns failure message
4.  Click override
5.  Enter a valid meter number
6.  Click validate
7.  Validation appears to be successful, but when you try to complete the order, it takes you back to the order screen. No error message is displayed.
