Interest Rate Code (IRC)

On FTP 8.0.7, on the historical rates tab of a Standard IRC, the interest rates appear to be misaligned for some of the effective date rows.

The last term several rows down (several effective dates down) is displayed on the next row and not the end of the row as is in the previous row. The row appears to be misaligned. The issue is occurring even for IRCs with less than 10 terms.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Common Object Maintenance -> Rate Management -> Interest Rates
2. Edit existing IRC with historical rates loaded, navigate to Historical Rates tab
3. Effective Date Rate or any with more than 7 effective dates
4. Scroll down past the 7 effective dates and to the last term
