'User <> has insufficient permission to access EJB type' Error When Accessing Certain Menu Options (Doc ID 2628022.1)

Symptoms

When a user tries to access the Role Maintenance and the MPS Work Type menu options in Store Inventory Management (SIM), the following message occurs.

A severe system has occurred. Please contact system administrator.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to SIM as a user who is assigned the ADMIN role
2. Select Security > Role Maintenance
3. Select Technical Maintenance > MPS Work Type
