Symptoms

When two users attempt to update the same activity at the same time, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Event Code: F'SER-2240-D Field 'SERVERDATE' not found

or

Event Code: PRMDB-3735-1 Error : UNIQUE constraint failed: TASKACTV.TASK_ID, TASKACTV.ACTV_CODE_TYPE_ID.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. <USER-A> and <USER-B> log in and open the same project.
  2. <USER-A> updates the any of the activities.
  3. <USER-B> updates the same activity simultaneously.
  4. Error occurs.
