How To Force The MMP To Use Sslbacksideport Even If The Popproxy/imapproxy Client Did Not Use TLS/STARTTLS?

Applies to:
Oracle Communications Messaging Server - Version 8.0.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Referring to the SSLBacksidePort option: https://docs.oracle.com/communications/E72263_01/doc.802/e72268.pdf#page=332
The above suggests that if the email client did not use TLS/STARTTLS, then the MMP will not use TLS via the SSLBacksidePort configuration to the store.
Is there a way to configure the MMP so that it will force and always use TLS to the backend store, regardless of the client behavior?
