You are attempting to update a Transfer Pricing Rule definition with Transfer Pricing Method = "Cash Flow: Weighted Term".  After changing the "Cash Flow Type" from "Principal and Interest" to "Principal" and saving the definition, when you re-open the definition, the screen still shows "Principal and Interest" is selected.

Reviewing the related row in FSI_M_TRANSFER_PRICE_RULE, it has a CASH_FLOW_TYPE_CD = 1 which is "Principal" per the data in FSI_CASH_FLOW_TYPE_MLS.

You expect the Transfer Pricing Rule definition screen to display "Principal" in the screen when the definition set in FSI_M_TRANSFER_PRICE_RULE is set to Principal.
